Kombucha Observations - 3.5 days in

I checked out my brew today... We're about three and a half days into it. It's bubbling and there seems to be some sediment gathering at the bottom. It smells sweet and a little tangy. I think the good thing about smells is that they're not really all that deceiving. Beer smells good....and it tastes good. Barbecued steaks smell good....and they taste good. Poop smells bad....and..well, ask Keith Burke.

So, this is smelling very nice and it's active. I guess I'd be a little worried if it wasn't doing anything and was stinking to high heaven.

Anyone who knows, let me know how that sounds.
